The Garden of Your Soul
Yahweh has been showing me that in order to restore a woman's or a man's soul, he first needs to make them aware of the condition of their soul. For me, at the age of 33, I actually saw my soul in the natural, through the destruction of a fire in my dryer. It was my first communication with my Heavenly Father. It was my starting point in my relationship with him. The condition of my soul, through the ashes, blackness, and deformed metal that I saw in the natural, and the words he spoke to me in that moment, convinced me that I needed him in my life for wholeness!
Yahweh said to me, “This is life without me, perfectly white on the outside, black and charred remains on the inside.” It was in that moment that my eyes were opened for me to be able to see my soul as it was: a broken mess.
Twenty-five years later, at the age of 58, Yahweh showed me the condition of my restored soul, in my mind’s eye. My once broken soul has been completely transformed into a beautiful garden of flowers, with the Tree of Life growing in the center. It's where I stroll with the Father/Jesus in the cool of the day. It's where I go when we talk.
Every flower in the garden of my soul represents a message, a truth, a promise that Yahweh has given to me throughout the years, hence the great variety of flowers in the garden. In my mind’s eye, I saw that the flowers are all dated, reflecting when the individual truth, word or promise from Yahweh was placed into my soul. I knew that each flower started as a seed that Yahweh lovingly placed into my soul. And after years of him watering them, they have all grown into mature flowers that are reproducing and dropping their own seeds into other people's lives.
In the garden of my soul, I also saw that there are sections that have signs above the flowers. Signs that say HOPE, PEACE, PROVISION, FAITH, SELF CONTROL, WHOLENESS, PATIENCE, LOVE, RESTORATION, JOY, HEALING, INSIGHT, TRUTHS, etc. Each sign is in a different part of the garden. So, whatever I need, in the moment I enter into my Heavenly Father’s Presence, I will know where to go, in order to hear Yahweh’s truth, wisdom, and sovereign remedy.
In my mind’s eye, I saw a place in the garden of answered prayers, where I can go to remind myself of all his blessings that my Heavenly Father has already poured out upon me. There is also a place where unfulfilled promises, and unanswered prayers are still GROWING!!! They have yet to bloom, but the Father is diligently watering them.
My heavenly Father has shown me that my soul has been completely transformed because of the enormous amount of time I have spent in HIS Presence, allowing him to advise, warn, love, redirect, comfort, and strengthen me throughout the years. If I had chosen to ignore Yahweh's message at the age of 33 about the condition of my soul, and continued in my ways, I can only imagine the destruction that would have occurred in my life and my family’s life as a result. Instead of a beautiful garden, my soul would still look like a dry, brittle wilderness, with no living waters or life to be found.
Yahweh once told a woman, "The soul is the place I created (in man) to show (prove) that there is NO LIFE apart from ME, from MY SPIRIT."
The soul is where the enemy has rights to enter (if you allow him) and where he will try to kill, steal and destroy your peace, love, joy, and life, because your soul is where your freewill resides.
Consider your SOUL to be like a mirror that is standing between YAHWEH’S HOLY SPIRIT inside of you, and your BODY. If you CHOOSE to turn your soul (mind, thoughts, desires, will, emotions) towards your body/flesh daily, then your soul will REFLECT and become a MIRROR IMAGE of the world and death. If you instead choose to turn your soul towards Yahweh's Holy Spirit daily, then your soul/being will REFLECT and become a MIRROR IMAGE OF LIFE!!!
You choose. It's your life. Do you choose life or death, fullness or emptiness, cleanliness or dirtiness, lushness or dryness, peacefulness or chaos, the list goes on. Do you choose the PROMISED LAND of abundance walking in the cool of the day with your Heavenly Father, or the DRY WILDERNESS of the world of just getting by!
You decide! What do you desire your soul, and ultimately your life, to reflect???
First step…ask Yahweh to share with you the current condition of your soul, just like he did me 27 years ago. It will be life changing if you do.
Yahweh once said, “You must swallow your PRIDE in order to SEE the true condition of your soul.”
Before Yahweh personally showed me the condition of my soul, I thought everything was fine, when it actually wasn’t. Yahweh told me 27 years ago to give him my soul/my heart and he would make the ashes white as snow. Not only did he make the ashes white as snow but he also created an amazing garden within me, where I can visit him, through HIS Holy Spirit daily. He has fulfilled his promise!
CONFIRMATION
Two days after this vision, my husband, Jake, took me to the botanical garden in Atlanta, Ga. I had never been there in the 30 years we have lived in Georgia. It is so beautiful that it is indescribable. As I was walking through the majestic garden in awe, Yahweh said, "I wanted you to see the garden of your soul in the natural realm, so you know intimately where we meet when we are together.”
Yahweh wanted me to experience a physical garden, so that I could see, hear, smell, touch and feel with all my natural senses the beauty that surrounded me. The man who greeted us at the entrance to the parking lot joyfully and over the top with emotion, said, "I am SOOOO GLAD you are here!!! YOU FINALLY MADE IT!!!" I swear he was like an Angel greeting us at the entrance of the Garden of Eden.
Just two days prior, my spiritual bridegroom, Jesus, had shown me the condition of my soul in the spiritual realm. Then, two days later, my physical bridegroom, Jake, showed me the condition of my soul in the natural realm. Oh what an amazing God that we serve. Yahweh went out of his way to not only show me, but also convince me of the beautiful garden he has created in my soul, over the past 27 years of us meeting together.
So, have you ever asked Yahweh to show you the condition of your soul? If you haven’t, do so today. For it just may be the catalyst by which your soul becomes brand new!!!
“Then the Lord God formed man from dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being. And the Lord God planted a Garden in Eden, in the east; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground the Lord God made to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight and food for food, the TREE OF LIFE also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil … The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden to till it and keep it.”- Genesis 2:7-9,15
